Leslie M Gray: Managing Director. Mr. Gray is an engineer and entrepreneur, who in 1980 founded the firm Airflow Research and Manufacturing Corp, which became the world's largest supplier of radiator cooling fans for the automobile industry. He is a founder and managing director of Morgan Group LLC. Mr. Gray has been a lecturer at MIT in the Department of Ocean Engineering, and consults and teaches courses in Intrepreneurahip, Entrepreneurship, and Business Best Practices. Mr. Gray serves on the boards of several startup companies.

Georgina Macdonald; President.  Ms. Macdonald has more than 25 years of management experience. 

She was the President and CEO of Fleet Real Estate Capital, an affiliate of what is now Bank of America where she increased sales to more than $18 million in 2.5 years. She specializes in helping companies make their marketing, sales and business development efforts produce greater revenue and profitability.  She has also worked with two leading cost reduction consultants to make companies more efficient.

She headed the Owned Real Estate Division of RECOLL Management Corporations, which managed the largest bank liquidation in the US and was in charge of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for Fleet Financial Group before becoming a senior vice president and group leader in their commercial real estate finance division.

In addition, she has run a private investment company, was the CEO of geoVue, the leading business intelligence location software company and was interim CEO of Estateworks, a company providing web-based estate planning and settlement software to law firms, family offices and banks.  For more information, see
