Corporate Personality Results
This
survey tests your corporate personality in some of the same dimensions as
you were assessed, personality, decision style, ego, and communication
style. Two things are
important – is the corporate personality appropriate to your
business, and how does your personality differ. Strong differences between you and
your company may often limit your effectiveness in the organization. If the corporate personality is inappropriate
for the business, it may limit its competitiveness.
It
is VERY IMPORTANT to assess how things really are today, not how you wish
they were. You will have an
opportunity to assess how they “ought to be” in a later
section.
